Rebates & Funding
Medicare: You may be eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) after an
assessment with your GP, which provides rebates for up to 10 psychological therapy
sessions per year, up to $145.25 per session.

Private Health Insurance: You may be eligible for rebates through your private health fund. Please check with
your provider for details. Please note you cannot use private health insurance and Medicare rebates for the same session.
NDIS: Yes, we work with families accessing therapy through NDIS plans (self and plan-
managed only).
Cancellation Policy
We require two business days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If your session is on a Monday, please cancel by Friday the week prior.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full session fee. Telehealth
sessions are available as an alternative if you’re unable to attend in person.
